Cancellation Policy

At Broadbase Limited, we want you to shop with confidence. This Cancellation Policy outlines your rights to cancel your order in accordance with UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.


1. Cancelling an Order (Physical Goods)

You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days from the date you receive the goods.

To cancel:

  • Email us at Adam@Broadbase.store with your order number and reason for cancellation.
  • Goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a resellable condition.
  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds:

  • A full refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, we reserve the right to deduct from the refund to reflect any loss in value.

2. Cancelling an Order (Digital Products)

For digital downloads or software:

  • You have the right to cancel before you begin the download or access the product.
  • Once the digital content has been accessed or downloaded, you waive your right to cancel, as per UK law.

3. Exceptions

You cannot cancel:

  • Personalised or made-to-order items.
  • Sealed products (e.g., vapes or hygiene-related items) once unsealed after delivery.
  • Any product that becomes non-returnable due to health protection or hygiene reasons once opened.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund based on the situation.
